Registration is required after a paper has been accepted for presentation. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the paper to be included in the technical programme and the proceedings.

Registration Fees for ICAR 2026

At least one author of every accepted paper must register by 3 November 2026 for the paper to appear in the proceedings and the technical programme.

  • The regular fee covers papers of up to 6 pages; each additional page costs US$20.
  • An author with more than one paper in the same conference pays 50% of the fee for each additional paper.
  • Each co-author who wants to attend and receive the registration kit pays US$150.

How to Register for ICAR 2026

    Registration fee

    At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the paper to appear in the proceedings and the technical programme. Choose your category in the fee table and pay online.

    Copyright transfer

    Sign the registration form for each paper and email it in PDF, JPG or PNG format.

  3. 3

    Camera-ready paper

    Send the final paper in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) following the USRS double-column format. If you cannot format it, USRS formats it for you at no extra charge.

  4. 4

    Registration email

    Email the filled registration form and the final paper, poster or abstract (.doc or .docx) to [email protected].

One registration covers one paper and one attendee. Bring your original identity card to the venue and arrive within the reporting time. Read the rules and regulations before you register; forms are in the downloads.
