Read carefully before registration. By registering for a USRS conference you agree to these rules.
A – Paper submission and publication in USRS international conferences
- A1 All papers must be original and must not be published in any form before or after the conference.
- A2 All authors and co-authors must inform their department head, principal or guide about the submission of their paper to a USRS international conference.
- A3 All authors and co-authors must write their correct affiliation in the paper.
- A4 The organising committee may not accept papers submitted after the last date of registration.
- A5 USRS accepts each paper for the conference after a review by two internal or external USRS reviewers.
- A6 USRS may publish the email addresses of authors and co-authors online.
- A7 USRS cannot add, change or delete the name of an author or co-author in the paper after the registration of the paper without the permission of all authors and co-authors of the paper.
- A8 USRS never publishes an unregistered paper.
- A9 USRS is not responsible for identifying the original author or co-author of a paper. The person who submits the paper is taken as its original author.
- A10 If USRS receives a complaint about the originality of an author and it is found to be true, the paper is suspended from publication immediately.
- A11 USRS cannot republish or distribute a suspended paper from the date of its suspension.
- A12 If USRS cancels an event for an unavoidable reason, you receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid, which you can use for another USRS event within one year of the cancellation. USRS does not refund registration fees for cancellations due to visa refusals or a participant's inability to enter the country.
B – Attending USRS international conferences
- B1 All participants must register before the conference by paying the amount shown on the registration page.
- B2 All participants should follow only the official conference page for the latest information about the event.

- B4 Participants must not be involved in any kind of violence inside or outside the venue before or after the event.
- B5 Participants must bring their original identity card to the conference, otherwise they cannot attend.
- B6 If conference kits run short, USRS may not give you the kit at the conference; in that case it is sent to you by post after the conference.
- B7 A participant who arrives after the reporting time is not allowed to take part in the conference, and no money is refunded.
- B8 USRS is not responsible for any financial loss from ticket cancellations or other bookings of registered participants if the conference is cancelled or moved to another place or date.
- B9 If an author decides not to attend the conference and cancels the registration, no money is refunded.
- B10 USRS is not responsible for refunds of tickets or any other loss if the conference is cancelled or rescheduled to another place or date. You receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid, which you can use for another USRS event within one year of the cancellation.
C – Publication in international journals
- C1 USRS has the right to select papers from the conference for publication in associated international journals.
- C2 Publication in Scopus or SCI indexed journals: on the written request of the author, USRS can submit the paper to an international journal indexed in Scopus or SCI. The author bears the full publication cost of that journal, and review and publication can take 3 to 12 months. The journal decides on acceptance.
- C3 Payments made to attend a USRS conference are not refunded if the registered paper is not selected by a Scopus or SCI indexed journal, or if the author does not want to publish in an associated journal after the conference.
- C4 USRS may accept a paper from its conferences for an associated international journal after the authors extend it by at least 20%.
- C5 USRS takes at least 25 to 60 days to complete the second round of review for associated international journals after the conference.
- C6 The associated international journals have an ISSN.
- C7 Authors pay the hard copy charges if they want a printed copy of the journal.
- C8 The editorial board has the right to reject any paper after the second round of review (after the conference or seminar). If a paper is rejected, the registration fee is not refunded.
D – Plagiarism policy
The plagiarism policy makes sure authors give due credit to other authors and protects the academic integrity of the research community.
- D1 All research papers submitted for publication are checked with plagiarism detection software to verify their originality and similarity percentage. Papers that fail the criteria are sent back to the author for changes.
- D2 If plagiarism is detected just before publication, the author can resubmit the paper after the changes suggested by the editor. If the editor decides that plagiarism is a major issue, the paper is not considered further.
- D3 If plagiarism or a fake identity is suspected or detected after publication, the paper is removed from the website until the verification is complete. If only a few paragraphs are plagiarised, the author can correct the paper and it is restored after the editor's approval.
- D4 If USRS decides that plagiarism or a fake identity is a major issue in a published paper that seriously violates the copyright of others, the paper stays removed, the author is penalised and blacklisted from USRS and other conference organisers, the journal website mentions the removal and the indexing services are informed.
- D5 Authors who republish their earlier published work (self-plagiarism) are dealt with in the same way.
