Oral presentations
Contributed oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The paper must be presented by one of the authors or co-authors. Present with your own laptop or the PC in the session room (Windows and PowerPoint). Bring your laptop or a USB drive with your presentation file; a volunteer helps you start each presentation.
Poster presentations
The maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 × 4 ft). You print the poster yourself. Set it up in the morning before the opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session. One of the authors or co-authors must be present for discussion at the poster session. Posters are displayed in the conference room.

How to be a live video presenter
Submit an abstract or full paper, which goes through peer review for acceptance. After you confirm your participation, the organising committee runs a test before the conference and tells you how to connect and present. After the conference you receive a soft copy of the proceedings and your certificate of presentation; the conference documents are also sent to your postal address.
