For participants who cannot travel, USRS offers presentation by video conference: a convenient way of sharing and discussing your research.
How it works
First, send us your presentation slides (PowerPoint).
- Download the Zoom app (mobile, notebook or tablet).
- Create a Zoom account at zoom.us.
- We send you a meeting invitation with the video link, the meeting ID and the password.
- Check your camera, audio and network connection before you join, so that you can share your screen.
- You can leave the meeting whenever you want.
Maximum time for a presentation: 10 minutes.
