A letter of invitation is proof that your paper submission and registration have been accepted by the conference committee. It is written in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.
- Invitation letters are issued only after your registration and payment are complete.
- Invitation letters are sent by email.
How to request an invitation letter
Email [email protected] with:
- Your registration form
- Payment proof
- A passport-size photo
- A scan of your passport
Before you apply for a visa
The organising committee has no control over the visa application process or the decision of the embassy or consulate, and cannot be responsible for visa decisions. Processing times differ from person to person, so start your application as early as possible; it usually takes about one month.
If your application is refused, we cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor can we discuss it with the ministry or the embassy on your behalf. Registration fees are not refunded for cancellations caused by a visa refusal (rules A12 and B9).
