Conference proceedings
All registered conference papers are published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN. Every participant receives the proceedings as part of the registration. See the recent proceedings.
Associated international journals
On the written request of the author, USRS can submit the extended version of a registered conference paper to an associated international journal, including journals indexed in Scopus or SCI (rule C2). The paper must be extended by at least 20%. The journal runs its own review and decides on acceptance, the author pays the journal's publication cost, and review and publication can take 3 to 12 months.
Registration fees are not refunded if a paper is not selected by a journal (rule C3). Indexing is decided by the indexing services and can change, so check the current status of a journal in Scopus or Web of Science before you choose it.

Authors pay the journal hard copy charges if they want a printed journal (rule C7). The editorial board can reject a paper after the second round of review (rule C8).
