Authors are invited to submit original research papers for presentation at ICNN 2026. Every paper is checked for plagiarism and reviewed by two reviewers before it is accepted.

ICNN 2026 Author Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers including results, tables, figures and references. Papers must report original, previously unpublished research, experimental or theoretical, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the conference format and are subject to review and editing.

  • Page limit: each paper is limited to 6 pages, including the abstract, figures, tables and references.
  • Extra pages: US$20 per extra page.
  • File format: Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF; the camera-ready paper in Word, using the sample paper.
  • Submission: use the online submission form or email [email protected].
  • Plagiarism: every paper is checked with plagiarism detection software; test your paper yourself before you submit.

Oral presentation

15 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion, presented by one of the authors. Use your laptop or the Windows PC with PowerPoint in the session room; a volunteer helps you start.

Poster presentation

Up to 36 × 48 inches (3 × 4 ft), printed by you. Set it up in the morning before the opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session; one author must be present for discussion.

Virtual presentation

Present live by video conference for up to 10 minutes. You need a laptop or desktop with webcam and headset, an updated Chrome browser and a quiet, bright place. A test run is arranged before the conference.
