Conference proceedings
All registered papers are published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN. USRS publishes only registered papers, after review.
International journals
On the author's written request, USRS can submit an extended paper (at least 20% extended) to associated international journals, including journals indexed in Scopus or SCI. The journal reviews the paper and decides; the author pays the journal's publication cost, and review and publication can take 3 to 12 months.
Registration fees are not refunded if a paper is not selected by a journal. See the publication page and the rules (section C).
